This project is the culmination of a first-of-its-kind partnership between a national builder and the National Wildlife Federation (NWF).

Our team collaborated closely with the NWF starting from early design strategy all the way through construction documents to ensure all open spaces, playgrounds, planting schedules, and maintenance regiments were reviewed and certified by the NWF.

Branding, way-finding, and marketing activations all drew inspiration from the National Park System and local history.
