The Caroline

This new high-density multi-family development is being brought to life in Arvada along 58th Avenue. Featuring four buildings, three private amenity spaces, and a public urban park this mixed-use project was both energizing and daunting to work on.

Although the scope was limited to planning and landscape architecture services, we used the concept of user stories to help sell the designs both to our client and the municipality for approval.
