Aspen Grove

Located in Littleton, Colorado, this mixed-use redevelopment aims to introduce a large density component to an existing well-loved outdoor mall concept. Our clients looked to us to not only design an unforgettable experience but to also assist with public outreach as adjacent neighbors were weary of density making its way into their community.

With a mass-transit site nearby and many existing retail tenants, finding a programmatic balance of existing uses while still re-designing a large section of the site proved to be a difficult but fun challenge.
