One of my favorite client types in one of my favorite places, our team had the wonderful opportunity to help Grand Junction Affordable Housing with the first phase of their new multi-phase development on the west slope.

We were initially approached as a different firm was not meeting expectations, so we were brought aboard to right the ship. Within one week of joining the team, we had an approved concept and SD sheets underway, completing record work for the team and allowing them to meet their funding milestones.
