Our client brought forward an opportunity to instill strong Colorado character in a new multi-family development in Colorado Springs. Our design concepts sought to blend the rugged nature of the rocky mountains with the contemporary architecture that will define the facade for visitors and residents alike. This approach is carried through amenity design and detail to monumentation and wayfinding.
